Usage of Straight Centrifugal Grinder

The machine is used to grind various non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff in mining, building, chemical, metallurgical industry, etc. It can grind high, medial and low hardness material whose Moth’s hardness is below 9.5,such as silica carbide, zirconium, quartz stone, granite, barite, marble, limestone, soap stone, calcium sulphate stone, slag, ceramic prismatic, glass, etc.

Working Principle of Straight Centrifugal Grinder

The motor drives the rollers suspension frame through flywheel and shaft,and the rollers will rotate around the ring with the rollers suspension frame. Deduster will eliminate the dus,meanwhile carry away the heat.

Dry Production of Straight Centrifugal Grinder

The stuff enters the input opening, after distributed by distribute cone, it falls down the ring like the waterfall. It will be grinded to powder by the rollers in turn, discharged from the discharge pipe.

Wet Production of Straight Centrifugal Grinder

The process assembles the Dry Production; the difference lies in adding water and the dehydration after grinding. This process can be designed according the user's requirements.
